Wood laser marking

The characteristics of the wood vary according to the species of the tree of origin and even within the same species due to the conditions of the place of growth. Even so, there are some qualitative characteristics common to almost all woods, and according to their hardness they are classified as hard or soft wood.
Wood laser engraving is achieved in a straightforward manner with CO2 lasers. The level of darkness and contrast of the marking desired would determine the power of the laser.
