Mannequin System

The Macsa id Mannequin System is a denim laser mannequin system for vertically finishing jeans and trousers in compatible Lasertex Advanced configurations. It is designed to support garment handling during laser processing, with independent positions for loading and engraving.

The system helps operators prepare the next garment while the active mannequin remains in the marking position. This supports a smoother workflow and reduces unnecessary handling during the engraving cycle.

Vertical laser finishing for denim garments

The Mannequin System provides a vertical configuration for laser finishing on jeans, trousers and other suitable garment applications. It is particularly relevant when the garment must remain positioned consistently throughout the process.

The final effect depends on the denim weight, indigo, wash, fabric construction, garment shape and artwork. Macsa id evaluates the real garment and required finish before defining the process parameters.

A more efficient operator workflow

Independent loading and engraving positions

The garment loading position and engraving position operate independently. While one mannequin is used for laser processing, the operator can prepare the next pair of jeans at the loading position.

This workflow helps avoid moving the active mannequin during marking and supports a more controlled, repeatable process.

Side-shift mannequin change

A lateral side-shift system enables faster mannequin changes between cycles. It helps operators move between garment preparation and laser finishing without disrupting the active engraving position.

Two or four programmable rotation positions

The system can be configured with two or four programmable rotation positions for the engraving mannequin. This flexibility supports different garment formats, finishing areas and production requirements.

Direct process visibility

Operators can view the laser process directly from the working position, without relying on external monitors. This makes it easier to supervise the garment during engraving and manage the workflow on the shop floor.

An add-on module for Lasertex Advanced

The Mannequin System is available as an additional module for compatible Lasertex Advanced installations. It can be assessed for new projects or existing equipment, depending on the machine configuration and application requirements.
