The iLaserBox 600 laser workstation is a compact, enclosed solution for direct part marking and traceability. It brings the laser source, controlled marking area, part access and positioning functions together for static, semi-manual and selected integrated industrial applications.
Configure the iLaserBox 600 around the material, component geometry, code content, marking area and production requirements. It can be specified with compatible fibre, CO₂, DPSS, Green or UV laser technologies to achieve the most suitable result for the application.
Use the iLaserBox 600 to apply serial numbers, product references, batch and lot information, barcodes, Data Matrix codes, QR codes, logos and technical graphics. This makes it suitable for traceability, product identification and controlled direct part marking.
The quality and readability of a mark depend on the material, surface finish, colour, coating, code size and selected laser technology. A sample assessment is recommended before final configuration.
Different materials respond differently to laser energy. Fibre, CO₂, DPSS, Green and UV technologies are available for the iLaserBox 600, allowing the workstation to be adapted to selected metals, plastics, coated parts and other industrial components.
Our team assesses the real part and marking requirement before recommending a laser source, lens and process setup.
The iLaserBox 600 provides a controlled, enclosed working area for laser marking. When correctly configured, installed and used according to the supplied instructions, it supports Class 1 laser-safe operation.
A large viewing window helps operators monitor the marking process while the enclosure supports more controlled part loading and inspection.
The automatic powered wraparound door provides three-sided access to the marking area, helping operators load, unload and position components efficiently. An optional safety override can be specified for selected oversized-part applications.
A programmable Z-axis supports automatic focal-distance adjustment for parts with different heights. This helps achieve more repeatable positioning and assists with accurate focus alignment during changeovers.
The iLaserBox 600 is available with 60 × 60 mm, 100 × 100 mm and 160 × 160 mm lens options. Select the lens according to the component, required mark size, level of detail and working distance.
An optional programmable rotary axis can be used for cylindrical components. This provides greater flexibility for parts that require marking around a curved surface or at multiple positions.
A successful marking process starts with the real component. Send us a sample part together with your required code content, marking position, target cycle time and production conditions.
