The label applicator system for multiple placement of labels

The Macsa ID idBlocks Pallet range boasts the most complete label applicator printers on the market, with all models incorporating idBlocks systems. Each system is modular, allowing the rapid change of the different elements contained within. For greater autonomy they incorporate an unwinder that fits 400 diameter bobbins.

The idBlocks Pallet 6015 includes a high-speed servomotor system. The MLP6015 applicator has a swinging arm controlled by servomotors that allows the label placement in any part of the pallet at the same height. It also allows placement of labels on the front, sides and back of the pallet. The system can label 200 pallets per hour and place two labels per pallet on two different sides.

Also available with extra-long arms for 1100mm labels, ideal for applications that require two labels at the front of the pallet.
